If you have been asked to register your stay and want to know more about how your information is handled, write to us.

Before you write

  • Help with a specific check-in. The accommodation provider whose booking sent you the link is the right contact for booking details, corrections or questions about your stay. Their details are in your booking confirmation.
  • Exercising your GDPR rights. Requests for access or correction go to the accommodation provider as data controller, or to the public authority holding the data once submitted. See your rights under GDPR.
  • Accommodation providers. Information about the EuroCheckin service for hosts is on the site for your country.

There is no account to log in to. The check-in form opens from the link your accommodation sent you; fill it in, submit, and you are done.
